What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping within Austria is free for orders over € 99,-. For orders under this amount and all other countries there are additional small shipping costs. The amount will be displayed shortly before checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major debit / credit cards from AMEX, Mastercard, Discover and VISA. Payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal are also possible.

How long will delivery take?

We always send with the fastest shipping method, so some shipments within Austria will be delivered to you within 24 hours. Other European countries have a shipping time of maximum 8 working days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

As soon as we have received your order, it will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an order confirmation.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has left our warehouse and has been passed on to the delivery partner. If your shipment was sent using a trackable service, you will find a tracking link in the shipping confirmation.
